6. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Amino Integrity Labs is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Orders sent to an incorrect customer-provided address may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Returns: Due to the nature and handling requirements of research materials, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Customs & Import Requirements: Customers placing international orders are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import, customs, regulatory, and other legal requirements applicable in their destination country. 8. Affiliate Program Terms

If Amino Integrity Labs operates an affiliate program, the company reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue affiliate program rules and participation requirements at any time.

Affiliate participants must comply with all applicable program requirements, including:

Brand keyword bidding: Affiliates may not use “Amino Integrity Labs” or confusingly similar brand terms as keywords in paid search or PPC advertising campaigns without prior written authorization.
Program violations: Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated, and commissions may be withheld where an affiliate violates program rules, engages in prohibited promotional practices, uses unauthorized discount-code websites, or completes purchases through their own affiliate referral.
